Demond Miller

Administrative Clerk

Demond Miller brings a deep commitment to justice and community empowerment to his role at the Justice and Accountability Center. His passion for advocacy was ignited during his time as an Inmate Advocate at the Madison County Jail, where he dedicated himself to advocating for the rights and needs of incarcerated individuals. This role provided him with invaluable insights into the challenges faced by this marginalized community.

Raised in a low-income household, Demond experienced firsthand the numerous obstacles that arise from limited resources, including the barriers faced by individuals with criminal records in accessing employment and housing. These personal experiences have endowed him with profound empathy and a relentless drive to champion positive change.

At the JAC, Demond continues to advocate for justice and equal opportunities, leveraging his background and insights to support initiatives that uplift and empower communities.
