When you use our app to submit data related to an expungement, we will store that data along with a unique identifier for your device to ensure that we can keep track of your submission and process it accurately.

We use the information you provide to learn about who uses our Site and to send information that you request or that we believe will interest you based on your previous requests, such as information about upcoming events. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link included in each such communication.

We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes, and do our best to protect it from loss, misuse, and alteration.
